In 2003, NOHVA spent over $1,500 in return mail and address change expenses. In order to reduce our return postage charges, please help us keep your where-abouts up to date! Use the below form to help us make -

	Address changes (snail mail only)
	New phone number
	Correction of the spelling of names and family members
	Add or remove a family member on your family membership.
